There is no contact form here, on purpose. A form needs a server to receive it, and this site deliberately has no backend. Email works better anyway — it gives you a record of what you sent.
We read everything and reply to most messages within two to three business days.
What to include
- A tool is broken
- Tell us the tool name, your browser and version, and what you did just before it went wrong. If a specific file triggered it, describing the file (type, rough size, how it was created) is usually enough — please do not send the file itself.
- You want a tool that does not exist yet
- Describe the job you are trying to get done rather than the feature you imagine. Requests that name a concrete task get built first.
- Privacy or data questions
- Anything about what is collected, or a request to exercise a data right under GDPR or CCPA. Read the privacy policy first — it may already answer you.
- Advertising, partnerships, press
- Business enquiries are welcome. Include what you are proposing in the first message.
Please do not email us your files
It would defeat the point of the site. The tools exist so that private documents stay on your device, and an email attachment undoes that in one step. A description of the problem is almost always enough to reproduce and fix it. If we genuinely cannot diagnose a bug without a sample, we will ask you for a redacted or dummy file that has the same structure but none of your real data.
Before you write
Two quick things solve a surprising share of reported problems: reload the page (a half-loaded script behaves strangely), and try a different browser. If the tool works in one browser and not another, that is very useful information — please mention it.
